LOSTシーズン2、第8話のリスニングを行いました。

 

本日聞き取れたフレーズは、以下の通りです。

このリスニングを始めた当初、というかごく最近まで、単語の末尾の発音は気になりませんでした。

 

まあ正確には、聞き取れませんでした・・・ですが。

 

例えば、

What happened to him?

といったセリフなどの場合です。

 

happenedのところは、「happen」と言っているのか「happened」と言っているのか全く区別がつきませんでした。

 

ただ話し言葉の場合は、「Where are you going?」と言わなければならないところも、ほとんど「Where you going?」と言っているようですし、話し言葉としてはそちらの方が自然のようですので、「happened」と言わなければならないところを「happen」と言ってるのかもしれませんが。

 

ただ今日は、「happened」の「—ed」のところがやたら聞こえてきたので、リスニング力がアップしてきたという事でしょうか?

 

いずれにしても単語の語尾の発音が以前より聞こえているような気がしています。
